The District has declared a vacancy on its Board of Directors. If you would like to serve on the Board, please notify us by sending an email with a statement of interest and resume to board@fbmud140.org. The position will be filled by appointment of the remaining Board Directors at a future meeting. Depending on interest, a special meeting or committee meeting may be set up to interview candidates. For your convenience, below is the Affidavit that must be signed prior to taking office, and it includes the legal eligibility requirements of the office.

Please be aware that the City of Richmond informed the District that the City’s online payment portal will be down Monday, September 23, 2019. Walk-in Utility payments may still be made on Monday, but we encourage residents to call the Customer Service Department (281) 342-5456 for more information prior to making a walk-in payment on that date.
