Fort Bend County Office of Emergency Management (OEM) is seeking volunteers from River’s Edge to complete CERT training and help our community during disasters. CERT members prepare, organize and work together as a team to provide essential services to their community during and after a disaster. CERT teams strengthen neighborhood resiliency and play a vital role in disaster response efforts.
A free CERT training program for volunteers from the River’s Edge community is scheduled throughout the month of March 2019 on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 6 PM to 8:30 PM at Fort Bend County OEM, 307 Fort St. Richmond, TX 77469.
