The Fort Bend County MUD No. 140 Board of Directors wishes to inform its residents and taxpayers that the public hearing on the adoption of the District’s 2019 tax rate will not be held tonight, September 16, 2019, or tomorrow night, September 17, 2019, due to a clerical error with the notice of public hearing. At tomorrow night’s meeting, the Board will set the revised time, date and location of the public hearing, and a new notice of such hearing will be published.
