MUD 140 would like to notify residents that the Party Barn will not be available for rental beginning September 9, 2026.
The Party Barn will remain closed for rentals while Phase 2 of the construction project is underway. The facility will reopen for rentals upon completion of the project.
We appreciate your patience and understanding during this construction period. Additional updates regarding the reopening of the Party Barn will be provided as they become available.
