No Collection Dates:

• Thanksgiving Day (Nov 27): No trash pickup.
  ➤ Trash resumes Monday, Dec 1.
• Christmas Day (Dec 25): No trash pickup.
  ➤ Trash resumes Monday, Dec 29.
• New Year’s Day (Jan 1): No trash pickup.
  ➤ Trash resumes Monday, Jan 5.

Extra Recycling Tip:
Place overflow recycling in clear bags or cardboard boxes clearly marked “Recycle.”

Reminder:
Please set bins at the curb by 7:00 AM on your scheduled day.

• Pickup may be earlier than usual (lighter volume).
• Pickup may be delayed (increased holiday waste).

The soccer field was reseeded on Wednesday, November 12, 2025.

To allow the new grass to establish, please stay off the soccer field until Sunday, November 23, 2025.

Additionally, there have been multiple reports of motorized and electric vehicles, including golf carts, being driven on Mud District property.

Please remember that this is not allowed. These vehicles damage sprinkler heads, create deep ruts, and cause other costly repairs that are paid for by all residents.

MUD 140 would like to remind all residents that no vehicles are permitted to drive onto MUD property.

There have been reports of vehicles driving on the flood protection berms, and also of vehicles causing damage near the lakes. Please adhere to all posted signs and respect the designated boundaries to help protect the integrity of these areas.

We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining the safety and condition of our community spaces.
