FB MUD 140 has coordinated with Fort Bend County to obtain approval for the installation of “Cross Traffic Does Not Stop” signage at the intersection of Blaisedale Road and River Trace Drive. This measure is intended to enhance traffic safety for the community.

All fields were scheduled to reopen on Monday, November 24, 2025.

Please help maintain the fields by adhering to the following guidelines:

• Dispose of all trash in the designated waste bins.
• Use the provided rakes to groom the baseball infield after use.
• Do not park on any grass surfaces. Please use the parking lot at the party barn/pool area or street parking along River Trace Drive.

The soccer field was reseeded on Wednesday, November 12, 2025.

To allow the new grass to establish, please stay off the soccer field until Sunday, November 23, 2025.

Additionally, there have been multiple reports of motorized and electric vehicles, including golf carts, being driven on Mud District property.

Please remember that this is not allowed. These vehicles damage sprinkler heads, create deep ruts, and cause other costly repairs that are paid for by all residents.
