All fields were scheduled to reopen on Monday, November 24, 2025.

Please help maintain the fields by adhering to the following guidelines:

• Dispose of all trash in the designated waste bins.
• Use the provided rakes to groom the baseball infield after use.
• Do not park on any grass surfaces. Please use the parking lot at the party barn/pool area or street parking along River Trace Drive.

The soccer field was reseeded on Wednesday, November 12, 2025.

To allow the new grass to establish, please stay off the soccer field until Sunday, November 23, 2025.

Additionally, there have been multiple reports of motorized and electric vehicles, including golf carts, being driven on Mud District property.

Please remember that this is not allowed. These vehicles damage sprinkler heads, create deep ruts, and cause other costly repairs that are paid for by all residents.

MUD 140 would like to remind all residents that no vehicles are permitted to drive onto MUD property.

There have been reports of vehicles driving on the flood protection berms, and also of vehicles causing damage near the lakes. Please adhere to all posted signs and respect the designated boundaries to help protect the integrity of these areas.
