Update: Maintenance on the baseball field is expected to begin the week of Monday, November 10th.

MUD 140 will be conducting maintenance on the Soccer and Baseball fields. The Soccer field will undergo seeding, fertilization, and watering to improve its overall condition. Additionally, the Baseball field will have the infield and baselines repaired along with other necessary surface enhancements . Please be advised that each field will be closed upon the start of its maintenance and will remain closed until further notice. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we complete these necessary improvements to better serve the community.

Fort Bend County Municipal Utility District No. 140 will hold a public hearing on its proposed 2025 tax rate.

The District is proposing a decrease in the total tax rate from $0.84 to $0.81 per $100 of valuation (-3.58%). However, due to a rise in the average home’s appraised value, the tax bill on an average homestead is projected to increase by $98.23 (3.37%) compared to last year.
