Protect Our Nature Preserve: Why Motor Vehicles Like Dirt Bikes and ATVs Are Not Allowed

There have been multiple reports of motor vehicles (dirt bikes and ATVs) in the district’s nature preserve.

Please remember that no motorized vehicles are allowed in the nature preserve or on district facilities (sports complex and lakes).

This is a safety issue for pedestrians and cyclists but also causes the deterioration of the trails and facilities.

Scam Alert

It was reported to MUD 140 today (12/5/2023) that a neighborhood in the area had a person impersonating an MOC employee. That individual demanded payment and claimed water service would be terminated immediately.

Please note that MOC employees would never ask for payment. All payments are to be made at the main office or online.
