Please be advised that there are several trees down along the nature trail. FBC MUD 140 will address the issue as quickly as permitted to restore full through access.

At this time, the trails remain open; however, they require a turnaround at the affected area.

Please be advised that construction to complete the remainder of Lake 2 erosion mitigation will begin soon.

During this work, residents can expect:

  • Increased noise levels.
  • Construction vehicles and equipment operating in and around the Lake 2 area.
