The MUD 140 nature park currently has downed trees blocking full access to the trails. The district will notify residents when the trails have been cleared.

Erosion of Bank Around Lake One
We have discovered undercutting and erosion of the bank around Lake One. Please maintain 10 feet from the shoreline for safety. Please bear with us as there may be a temporary inability to mow this area.
Alligator Warning
A resident has spotted a large alligator at the lake on Fountain Bend Lane in the back of the River’s Edge subdivision. The MUD district is contacting Parks and Wildlife to have it removed. In the meantime, please avoid or use caution near the lake.
