Board Vacancy Notice – Submission Deadline April 1, 2021

The District has declared a vacancy on its Board of Directors. If you would like to serve on the Board, please notify us by sending an email with a statement of interest and resume to board@fbmud140.org. The position will be filled by appointment of the remaining Board of Directors at a future meeting. Depending on interest, a special meeting or committee meeting may be set up to interview candidates. For your convenience, below is the Affidavit that must be signed prior to taking office, and it includes the legal eligibility requirements of the office.

Playground Closure

In response to concerns raised by District residents and BRECA, and in light of actions taken by the Governor and other local governments, the District is cooperating with BRECA to close the playground off of River Trace Drive.

The District will update this website to notify you when the playground is reopened.

Message from City of Richmond

City Hall and City Hall Annex Lobbies are Closed

For the safety of our employees, residents, and customers, the City of Richmond is closing the lobby doors effective March 20, 2020. Representatives from the City will be available to assist you by telephone.

If you need to make a payment for Utility Bills or for the Municipal Court, you are encouraged to use our online payment system. The City has removed the fee charged by our third party to help make this process easy for you. Please visit our website at www.richmondtx.gov to setup your online payments.

If you prefer to pay by phone, please call our automated system at 866-219-5799.

If you need help getting setup with online payments or have questions about how you can pay your bill please call Customer Service at 281-342-5456, option 2.

In addition to online payments the City will continue to offer payments made via the drop box located outside of the facilities and through the mail. We encourage you to pay with a money order.
